We will make every effort to ship your order on or before the business day following the submission of your order. If we cannot ship your order within this time frame you will be contacted via e-mail with an explanation and a projected ship date. All Products will be shipped via the carrier choosen during the checkout process. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you when the product is shipped.

Cognisys will ship anywhere the US Postal Service will deliver.

The buyer is responisble for any duties, taxes or customs fees occurred in shipping our products.

No shipping to PO boxes please.

The charges for shipping are calculated by the chosen carrier during checkout. You will be charged this rate (based on weight) + a $5.00 packaging and handling fee.

Special carriers and or conditions will be considered.

Please note that if you choose UPS as your shipping carrier, UPS will asses a brokerage fee that is not included in the shipping quote and will be collected with any taxes due. The details of the fees can be found here:
