Technical Highlights

StopShot was designed for people who want to take high speed pictures - not design electronics.

Features:

  • 4x20 LCD Display with adjustable blue backlighting.
  • Fully programmable 3 channel intervalometer.
  • Ten presets - Save up to ten diffent setups and recall them as needed.
  • Switchable sensor power (fully configurable) to keep laser light out of your cross beam photos.
  • Ballistics mode for easily capturing high speed projectiles.
  • Sequential mode timeout for taking pictures with and unattended camera.
  • Extremely flexible triggering for cross beam sensors allowing conditional triggering.
  • Timers can be adjusted to be manual (on button press), sequential, or event based.
  • Blanking Time - Timers can be configured to ignore trigger events for a programmable amount of time.
  • Auto Increment - A programmable auto increment time increases trigger delay for every event.
  • StopShot can measure flash durations up to 3mS.
  • Module can be set up to keep shutter open for a configurable amount of time (up to 24hrs).
  • StopShot will save your settings between power cycles. No lost setup info.
  • Microphone Input for standard electret microphone.
  • Input sensor jack with external power for IR LED's, Lasers or other 5Vdc loads.
  • Simple 4 button interface.
  • All outputs short circuit protected.
  • Outputs capable of energizing relays or electronic valves (Outputs are protected from inductive loads).
  • Adjustable gain for microphone and sensor inputs.
  • Accepts DC Input 2.1mm power jack.
  • Standard 3.5mm mic jack.
  • RCA output cables (affordable and easy to extend).
  • All outputs are open drain (Can be used for flash trigger or shutter trigger).
